At Tandy Village Assisted Living, we provide an independent and pleasant lifestyle, with a helping hand whenever needed. Our goal is to accommodate the needs of our residents while offering companionship and inviting social activities.

Amenities and services

Tandy Village operates a licensed assisted living facility comprised of 160 private and semi-private rooms. We provide 24-hour personal care, balanced meals, recreational and physical activities, personal laundry service, scheduled transportation, and a host of other services and amenities. Facility location

Tandy Village Assisted Living is located at 2601 Tandy Avenue in Fort Worth, Texas, 76103. The main building opened in the 1920’s as Tandy Elementary School. The auditorium remains intact and has been converted into The Village. This park setting is a re-creation of an early Texas Town square. Its charm and atmosphere make The Village a place where residents like to gather and socialize.
